The Care Bears We Care Pjs is a two piece clothing item. The t-shirt of the item is white and on it there are four bears, which are yellow, purple, light purple and pink. The four bears are shown to be holding up a sign saying "We Care", in pink, orange, yellow, green and blue writing. Below the bears there are different colored hearts. The sleeves of the T-shirt are fuchsia.
